"There are many positive things to say about Chad Fields as a realtor and as a person.  He is always eager to help and genuinely seems to be happy to do so.  Because of life situations that have occurred, our home search has been a long one.  Chad has been beside us every step of the way.  At one point, we thought we would be relocating out of the area. We are first time home buyers, and Chad has schooled us on the smart way to buy.  We are so thankful to him for leading us into the direction of our new home.  The entire experience in working with Chad has been rewarding for us.  He has never made us feel like we were a bother (and believe me, I can be a bother) or that there is something he would rather be doing.  Chad has consistently made us feel like we were important.  He has always answered our questions, and suggested things to help us along.

It was very reassuring to have Chad on our side, helping us.  He’s like the all-star athlete that everyone should want on their team, because with him, you are guaranteed to win.  We feel lucky to have worked with him.
